USE & FEATURES

1. The GSL will shut off the gas automatically to gas stove as per the timing set on the dial. You can set any time upto 60 min as per your choice. The device shuts off the gas when the dial reaches back to zero position.

2. The shut off feature helps to prevent any hazards which can arise due to unattended cooking or leakage of gas if flame goes off due to wind, spillage of milk or other reasons.

3. This also gives safety against mischief done by small kids. If the gas knob is turned ON, no as will flow if the GSL is not ON.

4. The default position of GSL is always OFF and will supply gas only during the set time period. This further enhances the safety.

5. The GSL can help is saving gas due to planned gas consumption and time closure which reduced the wastage of gas in cooking.

6. After setting the proper time one can be free in doing other things at ease as GSL will ensure to close the gas supply on time. With this you will not worry about the accidents due to gas leakage.

NOTE (Technical Specifications)

1. GSL is just a ON/OFF valve and does not reduce the pressure of gas from the regulator. Its working pressure is upto 3KPa (30 mbar).

2. Do not keep it too close to gas stove. Working temp: -20 deg C to 55 deg C

3. Timing range- 0-60 min (Accuracy within 3-4%)

4. Rotation angle: 270 deg

5. Life : More than 10,000 time operation

INSTALLATION & USER INSTRUCTIONS

1. The product is not limited to any installation direction, can be used from both the side i.e the Inlet & Outlet can be interchanged without any effect on the performance of the product.

2. Connect the LPG hose pipe to the inlet side of GSL. Connect the hose at other end of GSL & its other end to the gas stove inlet. Use hose clops for tightness of joint.

3. The GSL can be mounted on wall or can be kept as it is in the gas pipeline.

4. The dial of GSL has a timing range of 0-60 min. By rotating the glass dial clockwise to any desired timing the GSL will open the flow of gas to gas stove.

5. For accuracy, if for example if you intend to keep the ON timing to 30 min then rotate slightly more than 30 on the dial and then bring it back anticlockwise to 30 min position.

6. The GSL timing device will start working and after 30 min the device will reach zero mark and shut off. This ensures the Shut off of LPG to gas stove.

7. The user can select any time between 0-60 min as per his/her choice of cooking time. If during the cooking the user wants to again increase the timing to his/her choice they can easily rotate the dial and do so.

8. After the installation please check all joints for any leakage.

9. The device can be used for both LPG & PNG installations.
